2013 Southern Ontario Amazing Race

2013 Southern Ontario Amazing Race

We are ONE day away from the 2013 Southern Ontario Amazing Race. Mike and Eric Balnar ran it in 2009 and 2011.

The weekend is jam packed with great events, fun competition and new friends, but the real value is the lead up - fundraising for the Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington. I have lived at Gresham II since 1977 (moved out for 6 months and then back). It is a wonderful place to call “home”. They keep this building in great repair and any time a tap needs fixing, toilet, or any maintenance of any kind, it is done promptly, without delay. The staff is wonderful and so helpful with any problems. I can’t say enough about the Company. Thank you!

Balnar has managed this property for the last 18 years and is by far superior to any other previous group. The building is kept clean and well maintained. The management and staff are friendly and responsive to the needs of their tenants.
