Application Process

 

Found the perfect place for you to call home and ready to apply? We use a screening process for individuals who apply for an apartment or townhome.

 

Here is what will happen during the application process:

  • A credit check will be conducted to verify your credit history and current financial position. Your social insurance number and/or birth date will be required in order to administer a credit check.
  • A recommendation from your current or prior landlord is required. In addition, confirmation from your current employer, stating basic facts about your employment.

 

Please note that if you are not approved to lease an apartment with us, your deposit will be refunded to you in full. First month's rent and last month's rent deposits are mandatory to hold an apartment and process a rental application.

 

Balnar Management also observes a "No Dog Policy" for all of our properties. We thank you for your cooperation.

 

Tenant Insurance is required as per the Lease Agreement. Proof of insurance will be required prior to move-in. It is the responsibility of the tenant to obtain the insurance plan that best suits their needs through any company of their choice.
