Application Process

We use a thorough screening process for individuals who apply for an apartment. Every applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. A last month's rent deposit is mandatory to hold an apartment and process a rental application.
2. A credit check will be conducted to verify your credit history and current financial position. Your social insurance number and/or birth date will be required in order to administer a credit check.
3. A recommendation from your current or prior landlord is required. In addition, confirmation from your current employer, stating your position, yearly salary and duration of your employment is also required.

4. Tenant Insurance is required as per the Lease Agreement. Proof of tenant insurance must be provided to the manager if requested.
   The tenant insurance information provided through Marsh Client Services is given as information. It is the responsibility of the tenant to obtain the insurance plan that best suits their needs through any company of their choice.

Please note that if you are not approved to lease an apartment with us, your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
